Return and Refund Policy

At ledvista.com it is of course possible to exchange or return your order (provided your ordered product does not fall under a legal exception). This can be done within 30 days after receipt of your complete order. Please use the return form you can download at the bottom of this page. Please first send an e-mail to [email protected] if you want to exchange or return, so we are already informed.

At Ledvista, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return your items within 14 days (Mon-Sat) of receipt for a full refund. Below you will find all the necessary information regarding our return process.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have 14 days to return your product. You will be credited for the full order amount including any shipping costs. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging will be returned to ledvista.com. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after notification of your return provided the product is already received in good order. You must include a completed withdrawal form, which can be downloaded from the bottom of this page.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. 1. We accept returns for defective and non-defective products. The product condition should be unused and new.
  2. Return method: by mail
  3. Customers do not have to pay for defective products or wrong products sent by us.
  4. Customers have to pay the actual cost of return shipping when the customers purchased wrong products, it does not fit or they no longer want the item.
  5. Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days (Mon-Sat) from the date you received your order.
  6. Condition: The user has the right to return any item in one of the following cases: The product arrives damaged and unusable by the seller. Receiving a product that does not match the pictures and specifications listed by the seller.
  7. Products not eligible for return: A product that matches the specifications stated on the website and has no manufacturing defect. A product that has been used by the buyer in a way that leads to changing its specifications or damaging it partially or completely. In addition, any product from which the serial number has been removed.
  8. Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for a return, including:

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Package Your Return: Include the item(s) and the original packing slip in a secure package. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Shipping Returns

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We do not charge Restocking fees.

Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Processing Your Return

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the conditions of our return policy.

Refund: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days (Mon-Sat) for the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.

You have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value happens due to the return transit of the goods.

Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reasonand without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
